Shipping Policy
At DEJZI®, we cover the shipping costs for all orders. Items are shipped worldwide via DHL Express.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our creations, most dresses are delivered within 7 to 20 business days after purchase, depending on the complexity of the design.
Please note that shipping begins on weekdays only. Once dispatched, it typically takes 2-3 business days for the item(s) to arrive at your shipping address. The express posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.

If no one is available to sign for the package upon delivery, the courier will attempt multiple redelivery efforts and will also try to contact you.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
Please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees (such as taxes, duties, and processing fees) upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
DEJZI® is not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order. If you refuse the order upon delivery or decline to pay the customs fees, the shipment will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued for the amount paid.
Customs processing may also cause delays in delivery. If you experience such delays, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further assistance.
