We kindly offer returns on Standard Size non-made-to-measure creations. All made-to-measure custom pieces can only be exchanged.
For all returns and exchanges we have a 24hours policy. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible within 24hours after your shipment arrives. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Any shipping costs related to returned or exchanged products are not covered by Dejzi. Discounted items will be deemed as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Upon arrival in the destination country or area the contents of your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.
