We ship worldwide. The shipping costs will be covered by DEJZI.
Due to the made-to-order nature of each creation, your order will typically arrive within 7-20 business days from the date of purchase.
We ship our items with DHL Express.
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email.

STANDARD SIZE DRESSES & OTHER NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
We accept returns and exchanges for dresses that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and in its original packaging. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
Due to the nature of our work, which is fully handcrafted and tailored to each individual order, we kindly ask that you notify us of any return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. This helps us maintain the high level of care and attention we give to each customer and their unique request.
To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange via email at info@dejzi.co and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Any shipping costs related to returned or exchanged products are not covered by Dejzi.
Upon receipt of the returned dress in good condition, we will process a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
We will not accept returns/exchanges for dresses that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. If a returned dress is not in resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
All returns and exchanges require approval.
If your return is approved, the items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your order.
Discounted items will be deemed as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
CUSTOM SIZE DRESSES & CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Due to the nature of custom-made dresses, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-sized dresses and personalized items.
We kindly ask that you provide accurate measurements and specifications before placing your order.
We will collaborate closely with you to ensure your dress fits perfectly and meets your expectations, but once the dress is made, refunds or exchanges are not possible.
Upon arrival in the destination country or area the contents of your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible.
We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.

Credit/Debit Card or PayPal
• Order canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price.
• Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price.
• Cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will not expect any refund at all.
