Items are shipped worldwide with DHL Express.
The products can only start shipping during weekdays.
The express posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier.
The Customer will receive a tracking number for his/her order once the product is shipped.
If the package is not signed/nobody is home, courier posts will attempt to deliver the package a few more times and get in contact with the customer.
Upon arrival in the destination country or area the contents of your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible.
We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.
If you refuse your order at the time of arrival or if you refuse to pay the Customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to the Vendor and the Buyer will be refunded only 70% of the amount that he/she paid.
