Once your order details are confirmed, you will receive your item after 7-15 business days from the day that the order has been placed.

We ship our items with DHL and UPS Express International.

Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email.

The website provides you with genuine photos of every design and dress therefore we cannot accept returns due to unwanted items.

Returns will only be accepted if there is a problem with the measurements of the dress.

Dresses must be returned within 5 days after it has been delivered so that we can alter it. However, you must cover transport costs, both to return the dress to us and so that we can send the altered dress back to you.

All dresses are made to order including standard sized dresses.

Upon arrival in the destination country or area the contents of your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.
